My Entire Body Is Sore

Posted on April 25, 2008August 8, 2016 by Josh

Well, here I am, on the 16th day of training on the p90x fitness program (which I mentioned here a few weeks ago), and I still have not 1) died from exhaustion or 2) simply given up! That’s right kiddies, I am working on my 3rd week of this pretty INTENSE fitness program, and even though my body is stiff and pained EVERY DAY, I am plodding along (even dieting to go with it). I am proud of my once chronically unfit self.

I just want to say, this program is crazy. Every day is isolating a different group of muscles, so you never get bored or over-worked. Also, it incorporates yoga, weight training, jump training, karate, and simple exercise (chin ups, push ups) to really kick you into action. I am going well, and can ALREADY see results!!! Perhaps that’s why I keep going, the results are right there, right away in how I feel and how I look. This is a good thing. Unless other-wise stated, I am going to continue on this “fitness” path, and will check in at day 30!

Until then, kidds!
